Get There brings together information for young people aged 16 to 25 on careers and training, relationships, money, health and wellbeing, housing and Get Safe. It’s a great place to find resources to help young people plan their next steps.

Emotional wellbeing and mental health

Healthy changes start with little changes. Whether you want to lose weight, get active or quit smoking, Better Health provides lots of free tools and support.

There are little things we can all do to lift our mood or ease our anxiety, we need to find what works for us. This could be as simple as taking a walk in nature, prioritising our sleep or opening up to a friend. One little thing, if we keep doing it, will make a big difference to how we feel.

°ÄÃŽðËãÅÌ×ÊÁÏÃâ·Ñ´óÈ« Here4YOUth is a children and young person’s alcohol and drug service for anyone up to the age of 18 living in °ÄÃŽðËãÅÌ×ÊÁÏÃâ·Ñ´óÈ«. 

Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop. Free, safe and anonymous online support for young people

CAMHS provide mental health help to children, young people and their families across Herefordshire and °ÄÃŽðËãÅÌ×ÊÁÏÃâ·Ñ´óÈ« including access to self-help guides, advice and a range of local support.

The Reach4Wellbeing team supports and promotes the emotional wellbeing of young people and parent/carers through evidence based interactive online group programmes.

Moodjuice offers information, advice to those experiencing troublesome thoughts, feelings and actions. From the site you are able to print off various self-help guides covering conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic and sleep problems.
